INFORMATION PRIVACY
MONTAGE (“Montage”, “Montage Pro”, “Montage App”), a limited liability company, is a legal entity governed by private law providing online advertising services, carried out between promising Clients (“Client”) and promising Professionals (“Professionals”). ”), through the Montage application and website (“Platform”).
Through this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), Montage clarifies to users in general, Clients and Professionals (all collectively referred to as “Users”) its practices with regard to the privacy of information provided by Users, in addition to demonstrating our commitment to safeguarding your privacy and protecting your personal data.
All information or personal data provided by the Montage User is stored on high security servers or magnetic media.
Montage will take all possible measures to maintain the confidentiality and security described in this clause, but will not be responsible for any loss that may arise from the violation of these measures by third parties who use improper, fraudulent or illegal means to access the information stored in the servers or databases used by Montage.
iii. Montage collects the following data and personal information from its Users:
(i) Full name;
(ii) Cell phone number;
(iii) Email;
(iv) ZIP code;
(v) Geolocation based on IP address;
(vi) IP (Internet Protocol) address;
(vii) CPF;
(viii) Address;
(ix) Criminal Record Certificate (Professional Records);
This information is collected when the User enters it on the platform and is stored and processed by Montage for the following purposes:
(i) Registration maintenance necessary to provide online advertising services;
(ii) User Identification on the Platform and Application;
(iii) Enable the User to use the Platform and Application;
(iv) Location of Professionals close to the User;
(v) Fraud prevention and implementation of platform and application security measures;
(vi) Communication regarding points that may be of interest to the User and that are related to Montage’s advertising services;
(vii) Provision of support and service services requested by the User;
(viii) Carrying out research on the use and interaction of the Platform and the Application to improve the advertising services offered by Montage;
(ix) Generation of statistical reports regarding the use and interaction of Users;
(x) Promotion by Montage to inform the User about news, features, content, news and other events relevant to maintaining this relationship. Such communications are carried out through automatic message sending tools created from customized processes based on the User’s history;
(xi) Comply with the legal and regulatory obligations to which Montage is subject;
(xii) Protect Montage from its rights and obligations related to the Platform and the Application, in accordance with the provisions of Brazilian legislation; It is
(xiii) Collaborate with and/or comply with a court order or request from an administrative authority.
During the User’s navigation on the platform and application, Montage also collects the following information and data from Users:
(i) Access and actions performed by the User on the Platform and Application;
(ii) Pages and screens accessed by the User on the Platform and Application;
(iii) Dates and times of each User action on the Platform and Application;
(iv) Information about the device and browser used by the User; It is
(v) Session and User ID, when available.
The data and information described in this item are collected through cookies. These are files that gather User information from their access to the platform.
The Users’ personal data and information collected may be shared with Montage partners when necessary for the same purposes described above.
viii. Montage does not have access to the content of calls or communications between Users.
viii. Montage, for legal reasons, will maintain in its database all information collected from Users who delete their registrations that are required by law, such as items relating to invoices.
Each User’s nickname and password serve to guarantee their privacy and security. Montage recommends its Users not to share this information with anyone. Montage is not responsible for any damages or losses caused to the User by sharing this information.
All information provided by Users to Montage is protected by specialized companies.
Montage collects and stores all information provided by its users during the use of its platform, including at the time of registration, for personal use.
