Your payment will be automatically processed with the registered card within 24 hours of the Professional sending the invoice. There is no need for any payments outside the platform.
Your invoice will include the number of hours worked and any expenses you agreed on in advance.

You can see the Professionals’ hourly rate when booking a task. This price includes the hourly rate your professional sets plus Montage’s 15% service fee (15% of the total price you pay for the task). This excludes any refunds made to the Professional (Professionals receive 100% of any refunds made).
Professionals can add approved expenses to the reimbursements area of their invoice. It’s important to remember that professionals are independent professionals, so everyone will have their own personal limits on how much they are willing to spend. Make sure you refund via the invoice in our app, not cash. The main reason for this is that we are not responsible for any issues that arise for payments outside the platform. Make sure to attach the receipt in the chat and make it clear what you need. If the professional cannot pay or does not want to pay for the items, we recommend that you pay for the items in advance and have a professional deliver them.
If you cancel a confirmed task within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of one hour of the Professional’s hourly rate. We review cancellations to determine if a fee is applicable. If the cancellation is due to the Professional, there will be no fee charged.
We apologize that your professional was unable to complete the task and cancelled. If you still need this task, you can find a new professional and reschedule your task.
If you cancel a task within 24 hours of scheduling it, you may be charged a one-hour non-refundable cancellation fee. If you have been charged and your task does not fall within our cancellation fee policy, please contact Support. Provide the task, professional name, and reason for cancellation.
If any work has been completed, you and your Professional must determine the number of hours that should be billed. If you cannot reach an agreement, please contact our support team via email. Provide the task name, professional name, and details about what was completed and total work time.

This information also helps them better estimate how long their task will take and will ensure they are able to complete it optimally.
You must enter the location of where the task will be performed or, in the case of moving/delivery tasks, where the items will be picked up and delivered. For mobile tasks, you will be able to enter a departure and arrival address in the app when booking.

At the bottom of the screen, you can also leave a public written review. Be honest, factual, and focus on task performance rather than character commentary. Please ensure that you do not post inappropriate content (including profanity, insults, slander or threats).
To encourage candid, honest feedback and avoid conflict, we ask users not to contact each other about a negative review. If a professional contacts you after leaving a review, please notify our support team.
We are sorry that your professional is late. If your task has not been cancelled, try contacting your professional. If they don’t respond, be sure to note this situation in the chat with the professional and then feel free to cancel the task. You can then reschedule your task with another professional.

Dispute Resolution
Please contact Montage Pro regarding any disputes (damages, injuries or invoice issues). Our support team is available via email. If you have any relevant documentation (photos or receipts), don’t forget to send that too.
